2. Use of PROFILE

3. Publications

The object of social networks, is to give visibility and dissemination to the activities carried out by the person in charge. These tools store personal data on the respective services servers and are governed by their own privacy policy.

The user, once a follower or has joined the responsible social network, may publish in it, comments, links, images, photographs or any other type of multimedia content supported by it. The user in all cases must be the holder of the published content, enjoy copyright and intellectual property or have the consent of affected third parties.

Any publication in the social network is expressly prohibited, whether they are texts, graphics, photographs, videos, etc. that they intentess or are susceptible to attempt against morality, ethics, good taste or decorum, and / or infringish, violate or breaking the rights of intellectual or industrial property, the right to image or law. The images that can be published in the social network will not be stored in any file by the person responsible, but they will remain in the social network.

4. Data of minors or people with special capacities

The review and reading of the conditions of use and privacy policy of each social network at the time of registration is recommended, taking into account the different age requirements for the realization of it.

Likewise, the responsible will be expressly exempt from any responsibility that could arise from the use of social networks by children or people with special capacities and whose access should be carried out under the supervision and control of their legal representatives.
